Bo One Device Warranty

Please note: under the New Zealand Government’s Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Vaping) Amendment Act 2020, free distribution of a regulated product is prohibited from 11 November 2020 and we can therefore no longer offer the Lifetime Warranty for Bo One vape device. We will provide a 30 day limited warranty on the Bo One device from the date of purchase. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

Is your Bō One device eligible for the Bo One Warranty?

The following conditions must be met to qualify for the Bō One device  warranty. You must:

✓ Have purchased your Bo One in New Zealand and be living in New Zealand.

✓ Be the original purchaser of the Bō One device, supplied with Bō Code that has been registered with us within (10) business days of the date of purchase of the Bo Device.

✓ To claim your replacement you must contact us to arrange the return of your Bō One device, supplied with Bō Code, we will also require proof of purchase (a copy of your purchase receipt).

Can’t find your Warranty Code? Your Bo Code is written under the section/leaflet “BO Warranty” in your device’s packaging box.
